We ensure a smooth Key Replacement Process. When receiving a key from us, we prioritise simplicity and convenience. 

Typically, we follow this process:

Upon your initial enquiry, we will discuss your requirements with you. Whether you need a spare key, have lost all your keys and the car is potentially locked, or have an issue with the car’s key system. After our discussion, we will provide you with a fixed price and send a quotation, giving you the option to proceed.

We operate throughout the UK, 7 days a week, making it easy to find a convenient schedule. We will discuss various dates and time slots with you to find the most suitable option, typically offering either a morning or afternoon appointment.

We also carry out emergency appointments if it is urgent.

On the day of the appointment, we will call you when our engineer is on their way to confirm you will be with your vehicle upon arrival. Once the engineer arrives, they will carry out the necessary work on the spot using any required parts. While the work is being completed, you are welcome to observe or attend to other priorities. After the job is finished, the engineer will notify you, and you can test the keys to ensure they function correctly and you are satisfied with the service.

After the job is completed payment can then be made by credit card, debit card, or bank transfer.

After the job is completed, you have a 12-month guarantee on the key. If the key fails for any reason within this period, we will replace it free of charge.
